"I have booked a honeymoon package of 6 night and 7 days to Malaysia from Liberation Travel and i am glad to say that every thing is well planned. All the transfer are well coordinated and the vendor over there is in regular contact with me. Hotel bookings are done as per my expectation and i haven't faced any kind of problem in hotels. Hotel staff is very honest and help full everywhere. Buffet breakfasts are awesome, a lot of variety of Indian food is available in breakfast. Overall it is an awesome experience. "Hi Team Liberation Travel I had a fabulous weekend organised by you guys in Goa. Hotel Calangute tower was in heart of North Goa with every thing in walking distance shopping eateries and beach. Car pick up was timely was appreciated even drop. Staff at Hotel was quite friendly and receptive and warm. "My experience with Liberation Travel manager (Siddharth) is very pleasing during the enquiry, and booking phase. Well followed thru till the the date of travel and promised to meet all my requirements with a big smile. The night before the travel, i got an SMS with car and driver details. The morning when i saw the vehicle (Innova), i was shocked to see the way its maintained, all along i was told that the entire fleet of Liberation Travels is used for lot of inbound passengers (terminology used by siddharth), and i assumed he mean foreigners or NRI, and the anology is that the car will be crystal clean. Contrary to the expectations the car is dirty. I did inform siddharth about it via SMS. I dont have a choice, rather continue with my onward journey from Delhi to Agra. After 30-40 minutes, i have asked the driver, why he is not taking Yamuna Express way, and i was shocked to hear that his company has not informed him to take express way as it is more expensive (toll charges, i guess the difference of 200Rs one way). In the conversation, i explained to the driver, what i want to see on the Day 1 and Day 2. He kind of forced to see the Mathura/vrindawan on the way to Agra and that is not our plan, as per my discussion with Siddharth. Finally he agreed to drive on Day 2, then he was kind pissed off and its visible on the face. After some heated conversation around 1:00PM we decided to head towards Fatephur, just outside Mathura police guy stopped for regular verification. And found out that the Innoval car do not have a RC papers, and they have filed an FIR for missing papers, and driving on the road for more than 4 months. Police want to seize vehicle, eventually after 1 hr long conversation they let us go after paying 2,000Rs bribe. At this point of time, Driver ran out of money and i told him not to worry and i will take care of his meals (for rest of the trip), paid for Diesel etc. Obviously i did not claim back the money i spent for his meals. Later on driver kind of became soft, started talking and shared me some information that i was not aware of. The Innova Van that was sent is not owned by Liberation Travels, rather they outsource to other companies, and there is a lot of communication gap. After the police episode, they allowed us to drive back to delhi via Yamuna express way. Siddharth paid back the amount i have loaned them for Diesel and toll charges after a week. The hotel he recommended back in delhi for one night, turned out to be good. This is one of the main reasons for 3 star, otherwise it would have been less given my experience of Agra trip. One thing i should appreciate about the driver is, he never crossed the speed limit even on the yamuna express way. Conclusion: As an individual Siddharth is nice and approachable, apologetic for the police incident. But he has not revealed information that car is not owned or managed by them, maybe its their business secret, and i dont care as long as my needs are met. My advice is ask for vehicle pictures as is, before you book any travel for the folks who are particular about hygiene."
